Our application process is transparent, straightforward and personal. We show you how to become part of the ROMA family, from your first click to your first day with us.

    Apply online using our application form.

  2. Review

    We review your application together with the relevant department.
    We forward speculative applications to the relevant departments for review.

  3. Getting to know you

    We first meet by phone, video call or in person. We want to get to know your personality and professional skills. During the conversation, we explore your experience, answer open questions and agree on the next steps.

  4. Contract offer

    If we are a good match, your employment contract will be on its way to you.

  5. Welcome to the ROMA family

    Your first day with us marks the start of your individual onboarding with the team.
