Field sales representative for North-West Germany (m/f/d)
ROMA is a leading manufacturer of cold and freezer rooms and matching doors, including climate and environmental simulation chambers for a wide range of climate-control applications. To strengthen our team in the North-West Germany sales territory (postcode areas 25–53 and 57–59), we are looking for a committed technical field sales representative.

Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers and support and reactivate existing customers
- Provide advice and take measurements on construction sites
- Prepare and follow up quotations together with the internal sales team
- Monitor the market and competitors in the assigned sales territory
- Contribute to sales strategy concepts together with sales management
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a trade, technical or commercial field
- Previous field sales experience, or an interest in moving into field sales as your next career step
- Willingness to travel extensively and a category B driving licence
- Very good MS Office and ERP skills
- Strong communication skills, an outgoing personality and enjoyment of working with people
- Good negotiating skills, assertiveness and a confident manner
- Ideally, you live in the relevant area (postcodes 30–32)
